Crystal Jade Revisit (Hong Kong)

Quick post about a revisit to Crystal Jade, one of my favourite chains in Asia. I came here after another long day of shopping at Harbour City. Even though it was after 9 pm, we still had to wait for more than 30 minutes for a table.
Chicken soup ($52 HKD)- pretty expensive for a bowl of soup, in comparison to the other things we ordered. It was a little too oily for my liking.
Shredded pancake "Shandong" style ($28 HKD)- love love love!
Steamed pork dumplings "Shanghai" style ($36 HKD)- as good as always!
Fried sliced rice cake in "Shanghai" style ($68 HKD). This was somewhat disappointing because the rice cakes were not soft enough. Apparently it was executed better at another location.
We ended off the meal with some desserts- glutinous balls with fermented rice wine ($25 HKD) and glutinous dumplings in ginger soup ($26 HKD). It was another delicious meal at Crystal Jade and I'll definitely be back next time!.
