The Ringmaster Whopper @ Burger King

Eating greasy fast food seemed like a good idea on a rainy, cold Sunday, when I just want to stay at home and do nothing. So I took the opportunity to try out Burger King's new Ringmaster Whopper- featuring onion rings inside the burger! At a whopping 1,230 calories, it certainly wasn't for the faint of heart.

The Ringmaster Whopper was huge, dwarfing the Double Whopper Jr. to the right (which was the King deal burger for Sunday). Did I mention that we also got a large order of onion rings on the side?

In addition to onion rings, the burger had crispy bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, processed cheddar cheese and sweet & tangy Bourbon-flavoured sauce. The onion rings were messily stacked inside the burger. Overall, it was a satisfying bite. The onion rings added a nice crunchy element to the burger, and the sweet Bourbon sauce was pretty tasty as well. But with its monstrous calorie count, I probably wouldn't be getting it anytime soon.
