Quaff Cafe

Quaff Cafe is a very charming and rustic little place that I happened to stop by for lunch one Saturday. I really enjoyed the atmosphere here but I wasn't overly impressed with the food.
I ordered a simple latte and it was pretty good, but not extraordinary. But then again, I'm not an expert at judging coffee (although I love drinking it)
The spinach pie didn't blow my mind but tasted generically good, as most spinach pies do. I mean, I even enjoy the supermarket-bought frozen ones.
I was very intrigued by their featured item- egg and cheese boat. It looked so cool that I just had to try it. The crust tasted like pizza crust, and the egg and cheese filling was slightly under seasoned (a little more salt would be good). But points for creativity and putting a smile on my face!
Ending off with a dessert, I couldn't resist getting the dulce de leche cheesecake, since I fell in love with the one at my birthday dinner. However, this cheesecake was simply too dense and rich. I usually love rich cheesecakes, but this one was just overboard. I only wanted to eat a quarter of it (but had to eat half since I shared it with my friend).
