Mother's Day Brunch @ Marlowe

For Mother's Day, my family went to Marlowe's for Mother's Day Brunch. They had a prix fixe brunch for $25 per person. I think I'm never going back when they have prix fixe menus, because I enjoyed the food so much more when I order a la carte.
First up: a delicious Peach Bellini, my favourite alcoholic drink in the world! I love the frozen berries on top of the drink =D
I forced my mom to get Assorted Fresh Fruit and Berry Plate. I guess the two tiny pieces of strawberry was all the berry that they had? Lesson learned: never order fruit plates at a restaurant!
Raymond's very delicious Marlowe Caesar Salad. It may be ordinary but it was made well.
Assorted Pastry Basket: where's the basket? the pastry, as I remember, was cold.
Steak and Eggs: Grilled 6 oz. beef steak served with two poached eggs on garlic toast with melted shaved parmesan cheese with potato hash. The potato hash tasted really good!
Roast Prime Rib: 10 oz slow roasted prime rib, served with thyme infused garlic mash potatoes and sauteed chef's vegetable with house jus. Can't really go wrong with prime rib!
Smoked Salmon Plate: House smoked atlantic salmon, whipped dill tarragon cream cheese, toasted bagel, grilled herb tomatoes, cookstown greens tossed with red onion, caper, red wine vinaigrette. Bagel was nasty and not toasted properly, but everything else was delicious, especially the cream cheese
Savoury Lobster Quiche: Lobster and Gouda cheese quiche served with fresh cookstown baby greens with citrus balsamic vinaigrette. The quiche was a bit dry, but I ate it with the cream cheese from the smoked salmon plate and it tasted really good. The side salad was also very tasty!
Reisling Wine Sorbet: are sorbets supposed to taste this creamy? Because this one was absolutely scrumptious! I'd eat this any day!
Chocolate Fudge Cake: Double Layer Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Fudge. WAYY too much chocolate in this cake, but we got it just to have more variety.
Tahitian Vanilla Creme Brulee: Tahitian Vanilla Bean Custard with Caramel Crust. What can I say? I'm in love!
Praline Crepes: Homemade Crepes with Vanilla Ice Cream and Praline Caramel Served with Warm Kahlua Chocolate Sauce and Whipped Cream. Sounds like a winner? This dessert was the worst of the bunch! the crepe was dry and eurgh, won't ever get this again.
